our beef is an aged primal blend custom made for us by maine family farms (mff) and our bison is proudly sourced from hackmatack farm in berwick, me. both are grass-fed. none of our patty choices have hormones or antibiotics. our burgers are cooked to medium, unless otherwise specified, and are served with fries or house salad.
