The Chef


BRGR BAR comes from seasoned restauranteur Phelps Craig. after 11 years in fine dining (many as executive chef), Phelps has shifted gears. with a continued focus on quality and local sourcing, Phelps has enjoyed creating a more fun and approachable concept that incorporates her colorado roots and vermont culinary training.
